Everyday People Project Agreement

Welcome to the Everyday People. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before telling us about your Project. We have tried to keep them simple, however, if you have any questions please email sam@everydaypeoplesourcing.co.uk.


Our website (www.everydaypeoplesourcing.co.uk) is a platform operated by us to facilitate the introduction of freelancers and small business owners (Members) to organisations who need help with a project (Project Owners). If you post a project on our site, the terms and conditions in this Project Agreement apply to you ("Project Owner").

You must read, agree to, and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement in order to post a Project and access member services, which are accessible via email and at our website located at www.everydaypeoplesourcing.co.uk.


Contractual Relationship between Project Owner and Member

Project Owners do not pay to use the services of Everyday People, your finacial commitment is with the Member who completes your work.

Once the Project Owner receives the applications, it is down to you to contact the Member(s). Information given to Everyday People by the Member and Project Owner is done so in good faith, it is the responsibility of the Member and Project Owner to conduct due diligence and agree the terms of their contractual and financial relationship.

Everyday People is not a party to any contract between Project Owner and Member, you hereby release Everyday People, our Affiliates, and our directors from claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with any dispute you have with another Member, Project Owner or User, whether it be at law or in equity. This release includes, for example and without limitation, any disputes regarding the performance, functions, and quality of the Services provided to a Project Owner by a Member.

Everyday People accept no liability and is unable to offer any recourse.


Non-Disclosure Agreement

Member's and their employees, upon being sent a project by Everyday People enter a non-disclosure agreement. Unless they have consent from the Project Owner, Members must not disclose details of the project verbally, forward details outside of their organisation or leave details in a place that can be accessed by those not bound by the non-disclosure agreement. It is the Members responsibility to ensure that their employees are aware of the terms and conditions in this document.


Project Owner Feedback

For the benefit of our Members and future Project Owners, we encourage you to give feedback and ratings about the Member who has completed your work. This feedback is annoymous and only visible to us and future Project Owners. Though occasionally annoymous feedback may be used for marketing purposes. Feedback is not visible in Member profiles, however, they can ask us to see this information if it has been updated.

Everyday People do not investigate any remarks given by Project Owners for accuracy or reliability but may do so at a Member’s request, or it appears out of character.


Limitation of Liability

Everyday People is not liable, and you agree not to hold us responsible, for any damages or losses arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including, but not limited to: your use of or your inability to use our Site or Site Services; delays or disruptions in our Site or Site Services; viruses or other malicious software obtained by accessing, or linking to, our Site or Site Services; glitches, bugs, errors, or inaccuracies of any kind in our Site or Site Services; damage to your hardware device from the use of the Site or Site Services; the content, actions, or inactions of third parties' use of the Site or Site Services; a suspension or other action taken with respect to your account; your reliance on the quality, accuracy, or reliability of project postings, member profiles, ratings, recommendations, and feedback (including their content, order, and display), or metrics found on, used on, or made available through the Site; and your need to modify practices, content, or behaviour or your loss of or inability to do business, as a result of changes to the Terms of Service.


Dispute Resolution

In order to help us offer an outstanding service, if a dispute, legal or otherwise arises with a Member you agree notify Everyday People at sam@everydaypeoplesourcing.co.uk .
