Our website (www.everydaypeoplesourcing.co.uk) is a platform operated by us to facilitate the introduction of freelancers and small business owners (Members) to organisations who need help with a project (Project Owners). If you register on our site as a Member, the terms and conditions in this Membership Agreement apply to you.
This Membership Agreement (this "Agreement") is a contract between you ("you" or "Member") and Everyday People ("Everyday People", "we", or "us").
By clicking on the "Submit Your Profile" button you (the "Member") agree to be bound by these terms.
You must read, agree to, and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement in order to become a registered Member of Everyday People and access member services, which are accessible via email and at our website located at www.everydaypeoplesourcing.co.uk.

To become a member you must meet the following criteria:
◊ Represent a business whether as a self employed individual or a company with fewer than 10 employees.
◊ Be over 18 years old.
◊ Reside your business in Yorkshire.
◊ Obtain at least two references from previous clients who can vouch for your work.
You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information on all registration and other forms you access on the Site or provide to us and to update your information to maintain its truthfulness, accuracy, and completeness. You must not provide false or misleading information about your location, your business, your skills, or the services your business provides.
We will activate your account once we have received a minimum of two references. If your referees fail to respond after a reminder we will ask you for details of another referee. If you are uanble to supply two good references, we will not be able to active your membership and will refund any membership fees paid.
When you register to become a member, you will be asked to choose a password. Your username is the email address you used to register. You can access your profile or request a new password via the Login Page.
For the benefit of you securing more work and for future Project Owners, we encourage those who you work for to give feedback and ratings on the work completed. Generally this feedback is only visible to us and those whom you submit project applications (Project Owners). Though occasionally it may be used for marketing purposes. Feedback is not visible to you in your profile, however, you can ask us to see this information if it has been updated.
Everyday People do not investigate any remarks given by Project Owners for accuracy or reliability but may do so at a Member’s request, or if it appears out of character.
Upon being sent a project by Everyday People you (and your employees) enter a non-disclosure agreement. Unless you have consent from the Project Owner, you must not disclose details of the project verbally, forward details outside of your organisation or leave details in a place that can be accessed by those not bound by the non-disclosure agreement. It is your responsibility to ensure that your employees are aware of the terms and conditions in this document.
Once the Project Owner receives the applications, it is down to them to contact the Member(s).
Information given to Everyday People by the Member and Project Owner is done so in good faith, it is the responsibility of the Member and Project Owner to conduct due diligence and agree the terms of their contractual and financial relationship.
Everyday People is not a party to any contract between Project Owner and Member, you hereby release Everyday People, our Affiliates, and our directors from claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with any dispute you have with another Member, Project Owner or User, whether it be at law or in equity. This release includes, for example and without limitation, any disputes regarding the performance, functions, and quality of the Services provided to a Project Owner by a Member.
Everyday People is not liable and is unable to offer any recourse.
Everyday People is not liable, and you agree not to hold us responsible, for any damages or losses arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including, but not limited to: your use of or your inability to use our Site or Site Services; delays or disruptions in our Site or Site Services; viruses or other malicious software obtained by accessing, or linking to, our Site or Site Services; glitches, bugs, errors, or inaccuracies of any kind in our Site or Site Services; damage to your hardware device from the use of the Site or Site Services; the content, actions, or inactions of third parties' use of the Site or Site Services; a suspension or other action taken with respect to your account; your reliance on the quality, accuracy, or reliability of project postings, member profiles, ratings, recommendations, and feedback (including their content, order, and display), or metrics found on, used on, or made available through the Site; and your need to modify practices, content, or behaviour or your loss of or inability to do business, as a result of changes to these Terms.
Everyday People Membership costs £10 per annum. Non-paying members do have the option to pay £5 per application, but this is limited and at the discretion of Everyday People.
In addition to the annual membership cost of £10, there is a fee of 5% of work invoiced, which has been introduced via Everyday People, either through the site or via email. 5% is only applicable to the first project with a client, future work is exempt.
Within 14 days of been paid for the work is it your responsibility to contact Everyday People at email@example.com. We will then send you payment details, you then have 14 days to pay Everyday People. Failure to contact us, when you have been paid, or failure to pay will result in your Membership being cancelled, your £10 membership fee will not be reimburse and legal action will be taken.
If you are experiencing financial difficulty, please do get in touch firstname.lastname@example.org.
To cancel your membership email, email@example.com. Any registration fees will not be refunded and you will still be liable for payment of oustanding work.
Any content you upload to our site will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary, and we have the right to use, copy, distribute and disclose to third parties any such content for any purpose, eg marketing.
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site and platform, being any and all rights under patent law, copyright law, trade secret law, trade mark la, and any and all other proprietary rights. You will not access Site Services in order to build a similar service or application. Everyday People retain all right, title, and interest in and to all Intellectual Property Rights related in and to the Site and the Site Services.
You must not access (or attempt to access) the Site or Site Services by any means other than the interface provided, and you will not use information from the Site or Site Services for any purposes other than the purposes for which it was made available. You agree not to use the Site or Site Services for offering any goods or services other than Services as permitted by this Agreement.
You agree not to rely on the site, the site services, and any information on the site or the continuation of the site. The site and the site services are provided "as is" and on an "as available" basis. Everyday People makes no express representations or warranties with regard to the site, the site services, work product, or any activities or items related to this agreement.
This Agreement, as amended from time to time, will become effective upon registering to become a member via the Site and will remain in effect for the duration of your use of the Site or Site Services. Unless both you and Everyday People expressly agree otherwise in writing, either of us may terminate this Agreement in our sole discretion, at any time, without explanation, upon written notice to the other. You may provide written notice to firstname.lastname@example.org. In the event you properly terminate this Agreement, your right to use the Site is automatically revoked, and your Account will be closed; however, (if you have any open Projects when you terminate this Agreement, you will continue to be bound by this Agreement until all such Projects have been completed and you have paid any outstanding service fees. Any registration fees will not be refunded.
Everyday People has the right, but not the obligation, to suspend or revoke your access to the Site and Site Services if we believe that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of this Agreement or the Terms of Service or violated our rights or those of another party. Without limiting Everyday Peoples other rights or remedies, we may suspend or close your Account and refuse to provide any further access to the Site or the Services to you if
(a) you breach any terms and conditions of this Agreement or other Terms of Service;
(b) we are unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide to us;
(c) we believe that your actions may cause legal liability for you, other Users, or Everyday People.
Any registration fees will not be refunded.
In order to help us offer an outstanding service, if a dispute, legal or otherwise with a Project Owner arises you agree notify Everyday People at email@example.com .
